As we grew, we merged our business with Redding Title Company so we could serve our customers with both Escrow and Title Services. Our Goal, since April 1981, has been to recapture our local name. On June 3, 1982 we incorporated our proposed new corporation as Santa Cruz Title Company, A Locally Owned Underwritten Title Company. We thank you for your loyal support in the intervening years.
